Saturday October 17th
7:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Vendor set-up (booth vehicles welcomed during this time)
10:00 AM: Event gates open to the public
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Live band #1–2 performing on stage
11:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Dyno opens (highest horsepower cash prize)
11:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Burnout pad free for all
Get through the gates early to secure prime viewing, browse unique vendor displays, and catch the initial dyno pulls as horsepower leaders set the benchmark for the day.
Afternoon judging, games & awards
Saturday October 17th
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Show N Shine judging
2:00 PM: Cornhole tournament begins
3:30 PM: Kids costume contest on stage
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Burnout pad closed
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Dyno break
4:30 PM: Awards ceremony on stage
Take in the best builds in the region as judges evaluate the Show N Shine entries. Bring the whole family by the stage for costume contests, cornhole bragging rights, and the afternoon awards presentation.
